Our production includes the machining of steel tubes, sheet metal and related materials, bending, milling, turning, pressing for various components of large trucks, lawnmowers, motorhomes and various machines or vehicles for different purposes.
As a wholesaler with many years of experience, we take great advantage of our knowledge of materials and their availability to optimise the finished products.
We are involved from the idea or product conception stage, through development, feasibility studies, prototyping to series production. We aim to offer our partners and larger systems a complete solution. We make our own machines and tools for our products and develop and improve processes, which is our strength.
The manufacturing and quality processes implemented are in line with the requirements of the medical and automotive industries and the ISO standards obtained.
We are accelerating the automation of production, both in terms of robotization and the collection, processing and use of data in the process, as well as the electronic exchange of data with business partners, i.e. the principles of the Smart Factory (Industry 4.0).
After a predominantly male workforce over the years, in the last year we have been joined by women – Ajda, Brihta, Cvetka and Čopka, our “robots”, whose names are chosen by each department according to the successive letters of the alphabet.
